Tile & Carpet Town Carpet One

When I was shopping for carpet I stopped in to Tile and Carpet Town on Erie Bvld. I was very impressed with the wide selection of styles and colors. The sales person helped me find the perfect carpet for my project and I also got a terrific value. When the installation crew come to the house they were on time and very professional. I was amazed by the craftsmanship and talent. They took care of my home as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Tile Town for all your flooring needs. more

Had carpet installed in a house I own. Returned to find my beer gone and caps on the kitchen counter. This was at 1130am. My wife called to complain, they heard her out and said ok well if you need anything else call us. Not cool. more

Upon a recent visit to this store we were treated to a fine show of poor salesmanship. The sales people acted like they were better than us and laughed when we told them we could not afford more than 2.50 a square foot for carpeting. In this economy they should be glad to have business. They are way overpriced and think because their salespeople dress up that we should pay higher price. The place is a dump and for a flooring company all their floors are broken concrete and the walls are falling down. I wouldn't take a dog in that dump of a mess. Stick to the homecenters. Better service and by far much better prices. We coulnt be happier with our decision to purchase at Lowes. I give this store a minus 0 for filthiness, poor management and way over priced. more
