Tilden Regional Park in Berkeley is huge! They have so many things to do here. They have this really old merry go round for the kids to rid in and long bike trails for the mountain bikers. It's a really cool spot to visit and have a picnic or just chill and enjoy nature's stress relievers. more

we love this park 7/30/2005

tilden park is the best. they have many things to do, swimming hole, train rides, merry- go- round, horse- rides and many places to hike and picnic. we love the trains at this park they are simple trains and the kids love them. i enjoy it is nice a peaceful up there and away from all the craziness of the city. more

A great nature park 7/12/2005

After all of the years of living in the Bay Area, I had never been to Tilden Park until my daughter had her Kindergarten field trip to this park. All of the kids loved the museum, the nature walk with the guide and feeding all of the animals. We only had a couple of hours at the park but the naturalist managed to keep all of the 5 years olds occupied and entertained for the entire time. more
