First time customer and I am hooked!!! 1/1/2009

I had been referred by several co-workers, and finally tried it after living in the area my entire life and just driving by. The food was fabulous!!! A little on the spendier side for fast-food but so worth it. I talked with the owner who said he has been in business for 40 years and said they actually come in every morning and make their own shells! I would recommend their food to anyone wanting great mexican food. I will definitely be back. more

Great Mexican Food, Fast! 9/30/2008

Good Food with a Nice atmosphere.\r \r Tijuana Taco is a fun, unique restaurant off 100th St next to the Lakewood Town Center across from McDonalds. This place has been in the area for years and the Food is always fresh. I like to go there for the daily specials because they give you a lot of good food for about $6. Tuesdays are Enchirito Combo Day. The Enchiritos have a medium spice to the red sauce and the flavor of the meat tastes like something at a more expensive restaurant. My wife likes their Vegetarian Frijoles and Red Sauce with Corn Shells on the Side. The service is always good when we go and its nice to see the same people working there. We always know what to expect and enjoy the atmosphere.\r t Pros: Quality and Taste of Food, Prompt and Polite Service, Good Selection, Unique Atmosphere. more

Worst so called Mexican food. 3/14/2008

Reading the name of the restaraunt and it subtitled ""authentic Mexican"", I was expecting good food made by Mexicans. There was not one Mexican in the entire restaraunt. The meat was some type of ground mystery meat you may see at an elementry school cafeteria and taco shells that come out of a box. The rice was nothing close to Spanish rice. I took one bite of each item on my plate then had to throw it away. I could not stand the horrible taste. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Cons: horrible food, poor service, cost too much for what you get. more
