Tiger Lee's World Class Tae Kwon Do

At Tiger Lee's, we teach families as well as individuals. The change in a family's demeanor after a few months is amazing. It becomes a source of fitness and team building with a bit of healthy competition. Many families will find that they have something in common and will share their time on and off the mat.


Little Tigers -
Out Little Tigers benefit from improved coordination, flexibility, strength and endurance in an environment where the comraderies created by shared challenges. Our fun but controlled classes create a sense of trust and a recognition of individual achievement. Students advance at their own pace, without the pressure that is often such a part of team sports.


Adult Classes -
Do you need more energy, a boost in self-confidence, and a great way to reduce stress? Then Tae Kwon Do may be the perfect fitness program for you!


Children's Classes -
Working through a Martial Art and the belt ranking systems, gives kids measurable goals to follow that are realistic to obtain. The sense of accomplishment that a child feels by obtaining a new technique or graduating to a new belt follows him everywhere he goes.



We offer a trial program which gives new students the opportunity to try Tae Kwon Do, without obligation. During the trial period new students will participate in a class with people of similar ability. The trial classes also allow parents and/or students to talk with our instructors about the many benefits Tae Kwon Do offers. There is no obligation at all after the trial program.
