I was extremely excited when I learned that Tiffin was opening a branch in Wynnewood, about a 5 minute drive from where I work..my family and I had had eaten at their branch in the city several times.the workers at Tiffin had even dropped off menus to the pharmacy I work at and told us they had a delivery service.
Today I tried placing my order with them for the 1st time. The man who picked up took the order, wrrote down my phone number and busines address and told my it would be delivered in half an hour..20 minutes later I get a call from an another employee stating he had spent all of that time looking up my number as the 1st employee had written down my number wrong AND hadn't realized they DON'T deliver to my business as it was too far...when i questioned this, I was told the employee was new..no apology or anything...being a pharmacist, I could not leave the pharmacy to pick up my order which is why we were happy they delivered...
We had planned on ordering from them frequently but now I will think twice. I can't comment on the food as I never got to try it...the most ridiculous part of all is the fact that we are a 3 minute drive from the restaurant, literally up the road and they claim we are too far to deliver to?If this is really the case, why bother promoting delivery and handing out fliers to local businesses they won't deliver to?
Cons: Bad customer service, questionable delivery service
