I happen to shop here and I know the family who runs it personally. They do not "water down" their chlorine. This business is a locally owned family business, if you think you can get the same customer service (which is great by the way) at Wal-Mart, then more power to you. Bet Wal-Mart won't test your water for free with no obligation to buy like Tiffin Pool Center will!! more

Updated: Better service last time in... 8/21/2005

My first experiences weren't good as I reported, but last summer I gave them another shot and was actually treated friendlier this time around. The first trips in must have been an 'off' day, my last trip was a difference of night and day. I don't ever 'give up' on local business', that's why after a second shot with them I'm much happier. more

We offer BioGuard chemicals, Hayward filters and pumps, GLI & Findlay Vinyl liners, Meyco mesh covers and a variety of above-ground pools along with many accessories. We have added computerized water analysis to help our customers have the sparkling water they desire.
