I have visited the Hofbrau many times, and continue to dine there because of the great ambiance. This is such a great place to bring a date for a quiet meal and no distraction conversations. The food is always great and service, always on point. I give it a 10 !!! Pros: food quality, ambiance, menu Cons: no valet parking more

German delights! 8/8/2002

Triangle Hofbrau is a traditional German restauraunt in Northern Jersey. The food is served in German fashion with spatzle, dumplings and red cabbage. The portions are sizeable and the decorum is charming. The service is fine and at nightime traditional music is played. Pros: authentic, tasty, ambiance Cons: crowded on weekends more
