Worst

I had the same experience as juliemccoy77 They do not respond to phone calls and or emails. They have cost me 750.00 just in extension fees it was a 45 day escrow and my loan docs...

Confirm The Worst Possible 4/8/2011

I had the same experience as juliemccoy77 They do not respond to phone calls and or emails. They have cost me 750.00 just in extension fees it was a 45 day escrow and my loan docs expired now. I wish they would care we have endured so many costs if and or when this house closes they will drop us in a house completely broke and have killed the dream of buying a house and turned it into a nightmare. I would love to have the number that ocsailing has so I can reach someone and get all the paperwork we need. They keep asking me for the same paperwork over and over. more

Exceptional Escrow Service! 3/18/2011

they were extremely good at dealing with my complicated escrow and it closed right on time. we didn't have any issues. I was also updated through out the entire escrow and since i was also a first time home buyer one of their staff was really nice and explained the whole process. more
