I like to share my experience with Tidwell Realty. Back in 2015, my family and I have been going through struggling times. We had to let go of everything we owned, even our house. We first went to Pevarnik Real Estate. They came and told us they would be in touch with us. Weeks and weeks passed by, we started to wonder if they had forgotten us, which they did. We then decided since we were in Greensburg we would go to Tidwell Realty for our house. Our family walked in and spoke with Lisa Tidwell, she was so nice and caring. She came out to our house to walk around and to see what she can do to help us sale our house. We had to list it as a short sale and Tidwell Realty was absolutely phenomenal and professional at what they do, which is real estate. Brenda got right to the point with our mortgage company/bank by taking care of all the communications. Our house was sold in a matter of a short time. Lisa helped us look for a quick place for us to live while the closing on our house was processing. The Tidwell Team is truly caring and helped us when nobody else would. We are very thankful for them everyday and couldn?t imagine where we would be without their help. Thank You so very much. more

Tidwell staff and agents have been nothing but professional and curtious when dealing with us.I have been working with bank of america to modify my mothers home for 3 years now and Brenda has been a major help in our process, Her knowledge of b of a system is like no other.Linda has been like family to us! We have been left with no options from b of a as far as modification.We are now in the short sale process,there is hope.During the last year I have seen at least a dozen of sales people coming thru our house and I can't believe how they dress, how they show up late,and have no knowledge of the product there selling.Every one if tidwells sale team has been informed on time and well groomed, it's like a breath of fresh air! Bought our house through Tidwell nine years ago and so we decided to give them the opportunity to sell it too. Every part of the process after we moved out of state was difficult. They would forget to send us important documents and when we did get an offer they failed to give us the right offer and had to call back and tell us they messed up. Pros: null Cons: null more

Tidwell Realty, was so nice to me and my fiancé. We are getting married next month. Matt & I needed to find our 1st home. We were really nervous about buying. I called several real estate offices, but it seemed nobody wanted to work with us, they never called us back. Maybe because we were not buying some million dollar home. Then I called Tidwell Realty, about a home in Latrobe. Diane, was really friendly & invited Matt & I into the office. Diane said, so the Tidwell Team could get to know us, to find out what we were looking for in a home. I WAS AMAZED, that they were interested in helping us. Linda, Lisa, Bill, Noreen, Diane & Tidwell Team, was just great, they were very patience & guided us on everything. At closing, they were there to make sure everything was just right. We could not have done this without Tidwell Realty. I want them to know, that Matt & I really appreciate all they did for us. We have told all of our friends about them. My wife and I purchased our very 1st home, from Tidwell Realty. Back then 20 years ago, my wife and I did not have much to spend, for our home, But Linda Tidwell, treated us so nice. She took a lot of time to explain everything to us. Well, since then, we have purchase and sold with Tidwell Realty. My son and I purchase homes to fix up, then either rent them out, or The Tidwell Team, sells them. And they sell their homes. They just don't put up some sign and do nothing. They are advertise all over the internet. Every time I call their office, it seems, like someone is always there. But I am very thankful to them, for not only helping my family & I, but for how they took the time to explain the process of buying and selling to us. HEY GIRLS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK... Hello everyone, I just wanted to share this wonderful experience with the world. Last Monday February 21,I was off work and decided to start looking for a home for my family and myself. We had been thinking of buying for quite some time but could never get time to look. I wanted to surprise my husband and that I did. I was traveling down Rt 119 when I decided to stop to see what Tidwell Realty had to offer. Low and behold they were excellent. I enetered the building to see a clean, neat place with plenty of homes to buy. brenda wasw at the front desk and very nice to me. She greated me with a smile and so did the rest of the staff, making me feel comfortable and at home. The staff showed me how they work to sell homes, I was fascinated. When I saw a home that I liked I went to see it with Linda, she was very knowledgable and honest. I went home, told my husband, and we went to see the home again. I immediately went to Tidwell Realty to put a bid in, and they were getting ready to leave for the evening, but when they saw me, they did all they could do to help me put the bid in. At 7:00 p.m. Linda wrote up an agreement and called the homeowner for approval. It was approved by the homeowner right then, so I was excited to find that I would own my new home and Tidwell Realty helped me do so. Well, my wife was very nervous, because she was leaving her small town in Texas. She and our 3 girls, have always lived there. But this was going to be a great oppertunity, that we could not pass it up. Well, my wife, Sue, started calling many real estate offices, inquiring about some new homes. But after calling Coldwell Banker, Prudential, Re/Max, Keller Williams, and No one would return her call.... she then made a call into Tidwell Realty, It was such an eye opening experenice. Sue, was talking with Linda Tidwell, who idenfied herself as the owner of Tidwell Realty. Linda, actually took the time, to ask many questions, of what was important to our family, in our new home. We all flew up to meet with Linda. That when we got a chance to meet her entire team, The Tidwell Team. Everyone was so helpful. They spent more

Satisfied Customer\r \r Buy from them. This team is great together. They know what they are doing. The TIdwell Team has a lot of knowledge and compassion. Why buy from a realtor with one person helping you when you can buy from one with a Team behind them. I listed my home with Linda Tidwell and sold it in 4 days, thats right 4 days. The marketing at Tidwell is fabulous and full of detail.
