Professional results 4/7/2014

I brought my own parts from NAPA Auto Parts due to my experience with the quality of their parts and Tidewater Auto Electric installed them in a very professional manner. They installed a new alternator and Serpentine Belt. They ended up charging me less than their original estimate. Do they posess business integrity? I would say "Yes". Thank you for a great Job. more

Did the job while I waited. 3/19/2014

The serviceman was knowledgeable and professional even showing me the problem, a plus for me. The instrument panel instruments would all zero out and he quickly removed few panels holding it in and removed the component board then re soldered a cracked component and reinstalled. Time was less than an hour and a half. I am very satisfied. Thank you guys for your professionalism and dedication for excellence to this customer. more

Unhappy Customer 3/14/2014

I dropped my car off for an inspection with a small quarter sized crack in the driver side window. When I returned there was a crack along the entire length of the window. No one bothered to call. They just parked my car in the back like I wouldn't notice when I picked it up. The staff was very disrespectful when I went back in to ask about the crack. I was told it was probably a result of someone slamming the door. Yes that someone had to be a member of your staff. Then I was told it was bound to happen sooner or later like that justified things. That was my last visit if that's how they treat their customers. more

Always Professional & Customer Friendly 12/31/2013

I called & made an appointment. When I got to the shop they were in the process of remodeling the waiting area. I was still greeted by a friendly face. Make auto was serviced quickly & I was even given a quote on possible future work to be done. more
