You may have seen this odd-looking shop from the interstate. If you like clocks or want to buy a handsome clock for your home, it's worth while to stop. The shop is much bigger than it looks from the outside. I didn't know so many kinds of clocks existed. There are sleek modern, stately grandfather, quirky cuckoo and delicate mantel clocks: enough variety to please anyone's taste.
I can't judge the prices because I've never really seen this kind of variety. The owner is very unassuming and friendly. She seemed willing to answer questions, but let us browse in peace without bothering us or following us around.
The one single unpleasant thing about the experience is that the whole shop smells a little of cigarette smoke. That's a minor downside to a fun shopping trip. We are now saving up for a really beautiful mantel clock.
