My husband gave me as I gift, a Mani-Pedi for Tiano Spa located at Coral Gables. I called to make an appointment to use the coupon, the said they were completely booked for the Saturday, I understood since that Sunday was going to be Mother's Day, even though I called two days before. Then, I called again the Monday right after Mother's Day, and I made an appointment for the next Saturday to use my coupon,. The first question I was asked was If I had a ""coupon"", I said yes then the guy who took my call, Offered me another kind of services that they do, I said I was not interested, because I was not going to have enough time to spend in the Spa. The following morning, I got another call from them, asking so many questions about appointment, the lady said she was confirming it. Then on Thursday, they called me again, asking me if I would be able to change my appointment, which was scheduled at 11:30, since Monday, to 4:30 or 3:30 pm. I said I was not able to change and that I scheduled it, with many days in advance for that time, because it was the convenient time for me. Now, I just got another called from them, they left me a message on my cell phone, telling me that the girl who was going to take care of me, will not gonna make so they cancelled my appointment. I'm really sure that she is not the only manicurist on that place. I know that If a regular client, who was going to pay regular prices, would have called, they would have found a way to solve it. I'm pretty upset, because it has been really unrespectful since the beginning, they don't want to take car of me or they are putting me aside as a customer only because I just got a coupon that must costs half off the regular price.
