This company is not to be trusted. They will install used units if given the chance. If you have problems once your unit is installed I guarantee your calls will not be answered in a timely manner. You will be avoided if you have a re-occurring problem only to sit and wait even longer. If only the Germans knew the clowns that are running this american office into the ground. They do not have the manpower to cover the tri-state area efficiently so be prepared to wait and wait and wait. more
