On pickup, the vehicle had worn out windshield wiper blades and the blades were missing parts. This is a problem when it rains every day in Hawaii this time of year. The brakes were worn out; they were pulling, squealing and binding. Immediately after leaving the location, the car TPMS light illuminated, indicating low tires. All of these issues are basic maintenance failures and create an unsafe vehicle. I used this vehicle to transport my wife and 1 year old daughter. I will not do business with a company that cuts corners and creates safety hazards.\r

In addition, the office was understaffed. The staff members were rude and impatient with the customers. No assistance was given during the vehicle check-out process and customers were instructed to fill out the forms and complete inspections themselves without any assistance offered.\r
