This isn't a very good car lot. My husband and I went to purchase our second vehicle. We had just moved to the base and didn't have the best credit since we were young. A relative of mine was going to help us purchase the car. The salesman insisted we call the relative and purchase the vehicle that day which made a very awkward situation. He commented about how we weren't being smart relying on another relative and would feel proud of our purchase if we did it ourselves. \r He even insisted to speak to the relative. We left within two hours and were tired of the salesman's uncalled for attitude. We went down the street to the Mountain Home Auto Ranch where there was better service. more

Me and my husband went to thrifty car salles in need. They helpped us out and got us a car. (so we thought) Well we signed for the car then a week later told us we needed a co-signer, so we got one. Then they said everything was good. Well about a week after that they called saying that they need $1000 more down and our truck to make the deal final or we would have to return the car. So we took the situation to legal and they said they are in the wrong because the contract says 10 days. They have 10 days to try to make it final and they failed. Well now we are taking them to court over this because they don't want to make things right. If you are looking at buying a car, I suggest not looking at Thrifty car sales. I have talked to so many people that say they got messed up by them. Good luck more

My wife made purchase of a Nissan Xterra late on a Saturday night. Before she were on the freeway decided that this was not the car she wanted, the first thing Monday morning (8:00) she tried to bring it back. The salesman laughed at her and said if she brought it back it would be put in storage at her expense from that point on and she would still owe for the car. For more than twenty days she tried to give it back, then she told that she would be put in jail and she still owed for those days as a rental or needed to give them the down payment and many other charges. I hope knowone deals with theses people and wants to take the car back or you too will find your self in this situation. They are not honest or creadable poeple to work with. more
