I've been taking my family to this salon since its opening. My hairstylist Jeannine, is one of the three clearly experienced owners. She does great men's cuts on my husband and son and the cuts my daughter and I have gotten have always been fantastic. When I started going to the salon I had no idea what I was doing with my hair and was ready to try something new. Jeannine fashioned a whole new look for me complete with a totally new do and a color I loved. Since then I've never gone anywhere else. If I get bored Jeannine figures out a new look for me, and my daughter has had the same experience. Nevermind, the up-do Jeannine gave my daughter for the prom was unbelievable. Also, if the quality of styling and the warm atmosphere weren't enough, knowing that all of the stylists go to different classes and shows throughout the year to keep up-to-date on the newest trends completely sold me. Three's Company is the BOMB! I have been going to Collette for 18 years (since C'est Chic). I would follow her anywhere. The shop she opened with Jeanine and Linda is incredible! You really feel at home there. The shop is neat and tidy, very friendly staff and are all willing to help anyone with questions and styles. Saturday is probably their busiest day and I had to call Collette up on a Saturday morning asking her to help me becasue, as a joke, someone got window celemt in my hair. Not funny when it stiffens your hair and does not come out. I had really long hair and was very upset. Collette took me right away, gave me a great haircut and really got me out of a jam. That's the ype of people they are. She did my hair for my Senior prom and now she will be doing my hair for my wedding. Can you find a cheaper place to get a cut and color? Probably. Are they going to be as personable, friendly and knowledgable? Probably not. For the person that wrote a bad review, I am sorry you had a bad experience. My answer to that is, try it again. I think you will be amazed at the outcome. Don't give a poor review to a great hair salon based on one and only one experience. Trust me. You'll love them. I do! I dont know what that first person is talking about. ""Cold Atmosphere""? every time I go in the salon they all greet me all the way from their chairs. their job is great I have been goin there for the past two years and I dont have a reason to not go back, Im a student at Umass Lowell, I drive to another city to get my hair cut. theres a bunch of salons here in lowell but I prefer three's company for their precise job every time. and its not just a hair cut, they are so friendly, they always ask how my family is doing, how are my classes. And when i decide to get a different style of haircut , hahhaha, Jodi and janine come over and start comenting on some ideas on what to do with my hair. And it comes out just the way I wanted it. One time they cut my hair before the shop opened because I was going away for florida and my hair was a mess. and numerous times my hair was cut after the shop was closed because of my short notice for the need to get a haircut. They are willing to go the extra mile for you, they just dont give 100 percent but much more. I have a blast evry time i go in there and the service is perfect. I love this salon. I have been going to Three's company for about 5 months now. After my first visit I refused to go anywhere else. I had been dying my own hair since I started college and since I cannot seem to stick with just one color, my hair looked pretty bad. Somehow Alyssa and Jeannine managed to make my hair all one color. Also, they are pretty hip. They always have new styles for me (usually steering me in the direction of a cut in place of a new color now and then, to try and keep my hair a bit healthier). I don' mind paying because as the other reviewer said, the prices are hard to beat and my hair looks sooo much better. A few of my friends have started coming with me. Even the guys. I definitely recommend this shop. I usually go to Alyssa or Jeannine, but my friends have tried some of the other stylists and loved them. more

I would recommned this Salon to any friend of mine! Everyone at the Salon is so friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgable on the most up to date styles, cuts and colors and carry a huge following of people to prove just how good they are! Their prices are hard to beat so you know your really getting your money's worth. You can tell the owners really take such pride in their Salon by the way they are always keeping it so clean and they are always keeping the shop updated for their customers. i feel that it has a very cold atmoshphere, and that the work is half fast and old school. you do not feel welcome when you are there, you just feel like a number. they have very little color and cutting knowledge. Pros: parking Cons: service more
