Greenwood Village Best mexican food! 12/21/2010

I went to 3 Margaritas with my family that was visiting from Mexico and I was hoping that it would please them and it did! they loved it! the salsa is spectacular! there is two and the spicy one was delicious! the menu is so large that I didn't know what to pick from. The service was great! the waiters were very talkative and the manager kept checking and making sure everything was good. There was never too much of a wait which I like and it is decorated very festive and lively! We each got a plate and were upset that the prices were a bit high but the plates came out hot and fresh and the portions of food were much larger than I thought so I thought it was worth the price! The sizzling fajitas and carne asada and ceviche were excellent and they had a good atmosphere for the kids and I saw guys in the bar enjoying their time. Overall amazing! I have gone back 3 times since then and I have not been disappointed at all! I recommend if you are looking for REAL mexican food! more

Disappointing 4/11/2006

I've been here twice and it's been good enough for me to come back, but tonight was a disappointment. I ordered a shrimp entree that was a huge plate of food, but hidden among the vegetables there were only a few shrimp and the flavor was average at best. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but we were shocked to get the bill and find that the pitchers of margaritas that we ordered to ""save money"" were almost $39 each. No pitcher prices were listed on the menu and we clearly should have asked, but $39 for pitchers of mostly ice? The waitress explained that the bar used a better tequila so the price was higher ... this would have been good information to share when we ordered. The bill was a shock and the food was only okay. With so many other good options I won't be back. Pros: location Cons: expensive drinks, mediocre food more

Disgusting!! 11/21/2005

My definition of disgusting: Ordering chicken enchiladas, receiving them 45 minutes later, COLD and one of the alleged chicken enchiladas happens to be beef, but you don't find that out til you are half finished with your sub standard food. Want to know what's even more disgusting than that?? Finding a single lima bean and a single carrot cube in an entree that is not supposed to have either of those things in it. Did they get the enchilada filling out of yesterday's plate scrapings or what?? DO NOT GO HERE!! Cons: the food, very crowded, service more

Consistently Great 5/22/2004

I've been to this restaurant, as well as their restaurant in Co Springs, and I have yet to have anything but a great meal. Consistency has to count for something, and it's not nearly as overpriced as some of the other allegedly more upscale Mexican restaurants. more

Not as good as County Line 6/6/2003

I've tried this place twice, hoping it would be as good as the one at County Line & Broadway. Nothing is as good. I prefer to go the extra distance for the quality of food and fantastic people working at the other location. more

TV Dinners anyone 5/3/2003

I have dined at 3 Maragaritas twice. I have tried several different items from the menu. I can hardly believe that someone can mess up a taco - but they did. The mexican food tasted like TV dinners. I'm hispanic and I make most of the dishes found here at home; I'll stick to my home cooking - or with a hamburger here! Pros: Clean, Friendly Service, Nice Atmosphere Cons: Terrible food, Terrible food, Terrible food more

Families 3/7/2003

I loved this restaurant. The waiters were extremely nice, the seating was prompt, and the food was fabulous. The best part about Three Margaritas is the spanish-speaking waiters. They greet you in spanish and help you with spanish throughout your meal. The kids would have a fabulous time learning spanish. It is very fun and easy because the waiters are all bilingual, spanish and english. Pros: good parking, great food, service Cons: not inexpensive more

yuck 2/1/2003

Okay fine, it's good! 9/19/2002

I am very picky when it comes to Mexican food. I hate chains and always go in expecting the worst. I have gone to 3 Margs twice now and both times, the food was great! I hate to admit it. Also, check out the Mariachi band. What a good time. Pros: Good Food, Live music Cons: It's a chain more

Ho Hum 9/13/2002

An ok restaurant. Food was fairly ""exciting and new"" for initial visits, but became boring and repetious. Ingrediantes seem to be used over and over, in several dishes and by simply varying the sauces. Is this ""nuevo Mexican"" comida? Would rather they stuck with a more traditional Mexican comida. But service is outstanding and ambience is just fine. Pros: Service, Friendliness, Value Cons: Food quality, Food variety more

great food,service and price 8/4/2002
