All though the store is beautiful and the merchandise first class, I recently had an experience in the store and I will not be returning. A key employee left a taste in my mouth of sour grapes. Comments of controversy where made in my presence by a key employee that I found to be offensive. I felt as if I was not a welcomed customer because my views were not obviously shared by the key employee. The store experience and other associates was spot on, only to have it destroyed by a key employee’s strong opinions. With that said, I went from being a shopper to a lost customer in five minutes. The interaction was passive aggressive and disrespectful to say the least. This is very unfortunate because the product is fantastic but kind hospitality was not found. When both large and small ticket items are being considered for purchase, the experience in regards to customer service; is as valuable if not more then the item(s) themselves.
