I've been eating Thrasher's fries since the 70's... when it was just a small stainless steel ""room"", with about a dozen fryers and as many fry-boys cranking out the fries...from what I remember, they were always working the fryers, never looked up, pumpin' 'em out...\r
There didn't even used to been a Thrasher's sign, you would just follow your nose, then you could see the steam wafting out over the boardwalk, then you would notice that the sea of peole walking down the boardwalk had stopped, and you were standing in a very long line...with the people that knew...which ended waaaayyyyy up at the stainless steel ""room"" with the ""no ketchup"" sign, and the salt and vinegar tray.\r

I just got back from O.C. about 2 hours ago from the Memorial Day holiday, and found a second Thrasher's--just as good, but no line! I don't have the address, but I'd parked on 3rd and started walking south on the boardwalk-towards the rides--and stumbled upon it..very cool!\r

The Ocean City ""triple play"" in my book is : crabs (Crabs2Go is great, but many are good), Fractured Prune donuts--hot! fresh dipped!awesome! (127th street is one of two locations), and Thrasher's fries--now two locations--yippeee! Enjoy people...
Pros: Best fries, worth the trip!
Cons: A tray instead of a cup would help distribute vinegar more evenly
