Check this business out - its easy to see that very very many people are unhappy same complaint parts promised never received no refunds coming. Don't accept it if you were ripped off let NY attorney Generak know and the WWW.Ic3.gov internet crimes folks know. This is a Rip Off Third Party Parts Locator. They Charge too much, Ship defective parts, Keep your money for as long as they possibly can. I had to make 20 phone calls to get the refund they owed to me. Then had to get the credit card company in on it. Cons: Shipped Defective Part. Kept Money For Two Months more

Ordered a part on Mon, April 25th. Was told it would be a week to ten days. Contacted them on Tues, May 5th to get the status of my part. Spoke to Joyce, told she would check and give me a call back. I had to call her back several times and she finally told me it would be delivered Wed., May 6. I asked for a confirmation # and she told me she would call me back with it. I called four times on the 6th and she still had no confirmation or tracking # and the part was never delivered. I called again on the morning of May 7, and finally received the tracking #. She stated the tracking # had been left on my answering machine, which is not true. I pulled up the tracking # and found out she never shipped the part until the day after I originally made my inquiry. I was hoping to have my car back for Mother's Day but due to their neglience no trip to see my mother. I want to thank them for all the lies.......If I had been told the truth in the beginning I could have made other arrangements. more

DON,T buy from these people. I called them to ask for a part and they told me they had it,( no matter what it is but they are locators only and will tell you they have the part). I paid them 90.00 for a power antenna and a week later no antenna. I called them and they acted like they didn,t know what I was talking about and after being on hold forever, they assured me that they had the part ordered and it was on the way. I called several days later and again, on hold and they blamed the hold up on the parts place they ordered the part from, but assured me the part was on the way. I called several times more to get a tracking number and after several more days I got one. The part came in and was the wrong part!. I then called them and they blamed this on the parts place they ordered it from. They sent me a label to send thepart back,so I did.The whole process started again and again I got the wrong part. I asked again far a shipping label to send the the second(peice of junk) part back. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven,t got the original part I ordered. These guys do this with the plan that they will wear a person out and they will go away. In my view they are nothing more that crooks. more

I dont know how they are allowed to stay in business. ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!! They give the salvage business a bad name and should be ashamed of how they handle this business. Pros: wont be considering them in the future Cons: Cons are exactly what they are. more

worst company ever...sold me a steering column ...was wrong part.. ask for my money back ...would not send me my money back... wanted a column for a 1995 chevy ... they sent me one for a 1987 chevy,,, no customer service,.. rude... hangs up on you...if it wasn't so far away i would go there in person...lost $175.00 . and had to change my cc no. .. don't trust them.. they are crooks.. they always say they have the part you want .. then either send you nothing or wrong part... but they always bill your cc no,, and they never give a refund... The owner of this company took $6,000 of my daughters money 18 months ago (dba S & J Auto Parts) and never attempted to send a part, declared bankruptcy and is now doing the same to customers under this company name. Three business at same address with same reputation. One relative owns a 27ft yacht named ""Empty Pockets"".... not sure if that is reference to what they do to their customers or declaration of bankruptcy after taking customer money.
