Two things you should never go cheap on. Shoes and plastic surgery.You get what you pay for. I had major surgery with Dr. Lombardi. His unskilled hands created such a mess that it will cost me an additional 10k just to have it fixed.Think your getting a bargain? You'd be better off getting it done in Mexico in someone's kitchen. more
