It was a pleasant experience visiting Dr. Marlene Thompson?s clinic for tooth restoration. The atmosphere at the dental clinic was really soothing and the prices for treatment were affordable too. I also got my teeth whitened along with restoration. Dr. Thompson was really calm and she talked to me before the treatment to put me at ease. Earlier, I used to be a bit apprehensive while visiting dental clinics, but a visit to her clinic removed any such fears. The financing benefit was really helpful. I am completely satisfied with the services. more

Dr. Marlene Thompson is the best dental practitioner i have ever visited.... She is so clear to what kind of treatment suitable for a particular dental issue. Besides, the specialization in various fields, she values her patients and personal relationships. Dr. Thompson's and her assisting staff is very cooperative and gentle. They offer finest dental care, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontist, family dentistry, and kids dentist. Marlene Thompson and the staff have given me the best experience in cosmetic dentistry. She suggested me enamel abrasion treatment to remove certain intrinsic stains. It was minimally invasive and no anesthesia was required. I was amazed to see the results! It was really affordable to get the treatment using coupon deals provided on the website. I just found an ideal coupon deal for the kind of treatment i was looking for. Their high quality care and spending an entire appointment with only one patient boosted up my confidence for Dr. Thompson???s dedication and compassion for her patients. Thank you for giving me an improved jaw structure and a new facial look. more

bad work has to be done over by better dentist 5/1/2012

I had 3 teeth fixed and complained about the first two. Got silly explanations for the pain. My new dentist took PHOTOS of them and they are shockingly bad. They have to be redone. One crown no where near touches the gum. Another one was shaved down so low, the porcelain came off. The 3rd one she refused to fix and said it wasn't written down that her partner did it. PLUS my bills never went through the insurance company. Very very unhappy with pain and bad work. And yes, they will con you into things you don't need like a $300 shot instead of antibiotics when you don't even have an infection anywhere in sight! more

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. more

The professional staff here is always on time and ready for their appointments. In all the times I have been here they have never had me waiting more than 5 minutes. The office is run very well and the doctor is good to boot! more

I was a first time walk in for a tooth cleaning. I was a cash customer but they treated me like a regular just the same. The Dr. was nice and my teeth feel very clean. more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! 1/10/2012

I went to Dr. Thompson last week for a toothache. Instead of getting my tooth FIXED, I was scammed into getting a $2200 gum treatment (because apparently I have gum disease... doesn't everyone?!). I repeatedly told her and her staff that I would like to speak to my husband first (because this is a major financial investment!) but apparently that wasn't good enough. Dr. Thompson proceeded to tell one of her staff to run my credit card for $2200 after I made it clear that I wasn't sure about it and proceeded to give me a deep cleaning on my teeth not addressing my tooth at all!! I left the office STILL in pain. She should have addressed the initial problem FIRST and then told me other services she offers that might help me. But I will add that my husband and I went in to get our money back. LONG story short, we did get MOST of our money back except for the $500 she charged us for my deep cleaning that I didn't need at that moment or even asked for! I feel like I got scammed, I will not return to this dentist office EVER, and I honestly believe that Dr. Thompson sees everyone as a big dollar sign. more

This dentist is very helpful and pleasant. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. I was so happy with their services. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. more

This dentist has been very good to me. I have seen her several times and what I like the most about this practice is that when I ask them to be careful in certain areas of my mouth, they actually listen. Great place to go if you have a sensitive mouth! more

Every time I have been here, the ladies up front have been very personable. and nice the ladies in the back always treat me sweet and cater to my kids when they have appointments too. As far as the dentist, they have always any questions I may have and have worked with me on payment plans when I couldn't afford the full payment at once. Thank you. more
