my story is so different. Dr. bustillo and her staff including all the doctors on her staff are cold and talk to you with no feelings.the mintue we entered her office she stepped on our dreams and did not give us any hope at all. her staff is super unorganized excepted for Sasha. on the 3rd day of my cycle i went in ready to start something that meant the world to me and my husband even with bustillos negativity and super dry words but when i arrived it was something that i did not except. we where unable to start because no one explain to us that we need to do a blood test before we get started which meant i had to wait till the following month. if you are planning on starting a family please go some where else if you don't she will step on all your dreams..she is as dry as a bottle of wine. dr.bustillo take a class in how you talk to your patients. trust me this place is the worst. from mercy to adrianna. you are a number. and she will push donor on you so she can make more money. watch out. more

Dr Thompson is kind and an expert in infertility. Her RN is incredibly efficient. However, the support staff sometimes has a disconnect with empathy for their patients and servicing them.
