Do not have them do work to your car at all! I put a new steering rack in my car (12hr job) and then took it to them for an alignment (30 min job) and they managed to mess my rack...

Do not have them do work to your car at all! I put a new steering rack in my car (12hr job) and then took it to them for an alignment (30 min job) and they managed to mess my rack up with out saying anything. Now that the whole rack has gone out they will not do anything other than give me a free alignment. No way are they ever touching my car again. This bad work on their part could have easily caused a wreck down the road as my steering rack locked up! more

Fast, Friendly, Fair 2/13/2010

As a woman who does not know anything about cars, it's scary to find a good mechanic who won't rip you off. We needed some repairs done and he checked on parts and prices, called with the quote right away, and he is fair and honest about whether something needs to be fixed or not. The price was great. He was done in half a day, just as he said. []I recommend Thomas Tires to EVERYBODY who needs repair or tires; anything that needs to be done on your vehicles! []Thanks a lot, Thomas Tires! more
