Took my car here in March 2011 for a timing chain. I was charged almost $800 and two months later it FELL OFF, ruining the engine. I had the engine replaced recently (Feb '12) and the shop I took it to couldn't believe it. The brand new timing chain from Hauser was just lying in the bottom of the engine.
