my company has tried several times to set up an account with Thomas.
We have sent account applications on at the least 3 times and still do not have an account set up.
When we approach the store with the problem, they give us a blank stare, act like it's not their problem and refer us to the corporate office.
When the corporate office is contacted, pretty much the same attitude and we are instructed to re-send the application, again.
Although the services are completed in a timely manner and are acceptable, what is not acceptable is this type of customer no-service.
