Small town pharmacy with friendly staff. Competent ,knowlegdable pharmacist.Very clean store with a wide variety of products including herbal extracts, natural medicines,supplements and homeopathic remedies. reminds me of a cross between a health food store and an apothecary in Europe. more

I live 35 minutes away from pharmacy and asked them if I could have dr fax over my son's heart medicine so that I didn't have to drive there twice ( his medicine is a compound and takes a day to make). They said yes and that it would be ready in a day. I waited two days and when I went to pick it up the pharmasist said he didn't make it yet because his compounding lab was a mess. This is my son's heart medication and he needs to take it or else his heart will beat very rapidly and the pharmasist had not made the medicine because he didn't feel like it. He told me he would make it and I could come back tomorrow and pick it up. I took my script and left. There was no way I was going to rely on him every month for this medication. The other thing he said was that they wouldn't bill the insurance company. I had to pay unfront for it and wait for insurance to reimburse me. I took script to new pharmacy and they said they would bill insurance company and not make me pay all that money upfront and wait to be reimbursed. Pros: pharmasist was incompetent Cons: the staff was very nice and friendly more
