The most u can do there is the oil change, this can be ok for that place. If you have to go for other things , service , or repairs , you need to go to other Nissan dealer, ..why...

Pleasant experience buying a car! 5/10/2012

My experience with Thomas Nissan was extremly pleasant. I brought a friend to help me negotiate. He did not want me taken advantage of. Thomas has a no hassle one low price, so I did not have to go back and forth for numbers. Kevin was very knowledgable of the product and I was very pleased with him all around. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Sal was also very helpful and very pleasant. I would do business with Thomas Nissan again and will recommend them to friends and family. more

All staff members of Thomas Nissan were extremely pleasant & helpful of course in particular was Al Shalabi. Al personally made my buying experience here an uncomplicated and smooth process. I would highly recommend this dealership as one whose employees are genuinely concerned about providing no tonly the most suitable vehiclefor your needs, but also in making the customer comfortable and secure in knowing that they chose a trustworthy dealership to do business with. more

Great Deal on Used vehicle in Joliet 5/8/2012

I have bought plenty of vehicles in the past, this by far, was the best experience I have had yet. 2012 Nissan Altima, worth the drive! 5/7/2012

Jose was really helpful throughout the whole process. The way they sell cars is great. No pressure, no hassle no haggle price on each car. For somebody that is not a good negotiator, I was able to get the same price as someone who is good at it. Everyone pays the same, less intimidating for me. I would recommend Jose to everyone more

2008 Ford Edge now in Lemont!! 5/3/2012

I was a little credit challenged. I worked with Andy, and he not only helped us find the vehicle we needed, he also helped us obtain financing. That was the challenge for Andy and his team. The team went right to work and shortly obtained a loan and also a great interest rate, which we did not expect. Thank you to Andy and the team of proffesionals at Thomas Nissan! My experience was very pleasant. The salesman greeted me promptly and was very helpful. He was very knowledgable about the different vehicles, answering our questions without difficulty and helped us find the car we ended up purchasing. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Best car buying experience ever! 5/2/2012

We recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima at Thomas Nissan in Joliet, IL. We researched this purchase on various websites and found out about their no-negotiation, one fair price philosophy. It certainly is true! We purchased this car at an unbelievable price. Our salesperson, Brad, was very good and the entire staff was top-notch-very friendly, professional service. We travelled over 100 miles to go to this dealership and would certainly recommend them to family and friends looking to purchase a Nissan. more
