Our initial contact was Steve Sitterly. Steve took the time to show us all the features of the vehicle but was never pushy about ""the sale"". Unfortunately, due to illness, Steve was not able to continue with us as sales rep, but Troy and Nick jumped right in and gave us equal treatment. I'm not crazy about and new car buying experience, but this team made it smooth and painless. Other Toyota dealers in the area were more interested in pushing what they had on the lot, Thomas Toyota went to the trouble of going other deales to find the vehicle we wanted. The vehicle was delivered perfectly prepped. We had some additional options that we added (remote start, mud flaps, door edge guards, etc...) which Nick made sure to get coordinated with the service department. One day back in the shop to have that done and the vehicle was perfect. I got a loaner car for the day, and the whole morning drop off routine took less then 20 minutes. I was contacted by the service department several times regarding the status of the vehicle. Upon pickup, the vehicle was washed, and they even filled the gas tank. So far, this has been an impressive dealer to work with!
