Contracted Thomas to do landscaping to improve curb appeal for a house we are selling, we provided a date which we were listing the house and indicated the work must be done before then. After accepting the contract and deposit Thomas was unable to make the date. I had to make multiple calls to the store to get in contact with the scheduler. Schedule ended up sliding one to two weeks past the date we told them the work needed to be completed. We finally had the cancel the contract and put the $$$ towards landscaping credit for potential buyers. Really wish we had gone with on of the other contractors that bid on the job. \r
In fairness to Thomas we did have a few days of rain which slowed them up, but I expect a professional landscaper to account for that in their schedules and not accept a contract if they don't think they can meet a specified date.
