we bought red suede sofa and bed(both cheap quality, headboard was broken when delivered, and it took 2.5 month to replace the headboard)\r \r When you initially visit their store they say that you can get furniture next week but once you place order forget about your money and furniture\r \r On calling them they abuse the customers, once you give them money they never greet you when visit their store\r \r Beware of buying furniture from them, we suffered and I do not want any one else to suffer\r \r if you can wait forever then u can go ahead and buy furniture from them..\r \r chepooooooooooos..all of salesman are liars, specially mike\r \r also they overrate the price and then say 50% off for you...u can better get good branded furniture from furniture row or ashley at same price\r \r i wish i can give them -ve ratings more

Very bad customer service.The furniture bought from them is very bad and they don't deliver furniture on time. They claim that they have BBB accreditation, but they don't. They are cheating customers .You can check the accredation details on www.bbb.org more

They are very good until you pay the money. Once they get the money, they will never answer your phone call and they don't give you the status of the delivery. Very bad customer service and very bad stuff. Don't go by the good reviews. They were written by themselves more

If you want a good customer service and good products, Don't visit this is it furniture. People are rude there. Don't even go to this store. We bought a mattress. They never deliver on promised time instead they use abusive language when u try to find the status more

This Is It Furniture Store 9/10/2005

We went to This Is It Furniture Store in Champaign to browse and look around at livingroom furniture. I was impressed with the large selection of not only livingroom furniture, but also lights, coffee tables, bedroom furniture, and kitchen tables. The pricing falls inbetween what you would expect to pay at an upscale furniture store and what you would expect to pay at a used furniture store. We were able to browse in peace without a sales person following us around, which I really liked. more
