My (rather frugal) husband insisted I call TWENTY different insurance agents around Denver before we choose one. Chad had BY FAR the lowest rates to offer. Honestly, we had a difficult time believing it at first. Chad is SO on top of everything. If there is ever a problem with anything- it is taken care of immediately! Calls are always answered, and I have never felt confused or concerned about anything on our policies, as he explains everything in terms that make perfect sense. Chad is always happy to help with any questions or problems we may have, and provides such a personal level of service, we think of him as much a friend to us as an insurance agent.
