I totally disagree with cajuncuttie's review. I felt like a family member rather than a customer. They made me feel very comfortable. I really like the reminder calls because with my busy schedule I would have totally forgot about it. I am sure that we all need reminders sometimes. more

I was not impressed with them at all. They treat their practice more like a customer than a patient. They call you several times to ""confirm"" your appt, and if you do not call them back, they assume you are not going. I always assumed you make the appt, they call to remind you of it and ask you to call if you can't make it, otherwise they will see you on the day of your appt. They called my house three times, my cell three time, and my work three times! I am busy and cannot always return calls during regular business hours. I felt harrased and I do not like that. Needless to say I am looking for another dentist. Co-workers who have gone to him have mixed feelings about his work as well. I will find someone else, even if it is out of my network, it's worth it.
