Our 45 year old house's original wood windows and French exterior doors looked good, but caused our house to be freezing. What a difference our new windows and doors have made! They look amazing and keep the cold out! Steve is a man of his word, explained what to expect, delivered on all his promises, and was a pleasure to work with. I went to the NARI Home Improvement show in Cleveland this last weekend and got window information from all the window companies that were there, except one, the Thermal King factory rep. I needed "exact" information on his windows since I had done hours and hours worth of research and had some insight about questions to ask. Whether he felt intimidated by my questions or didn't have suitable answers he ended up just telling me that we had nothing more to talk about and to move on. I'll guarantee that the Thermal King Company lost an opportunity to get a $20,000+ contract because of this individual. more

Bad Business 11/2/2015

They would only give us a verbal quote without anything in writing. Wanted to see what the break down was window vs labor to see how they compare to others. They did not return repeated phone calls, not even one call. So now I would have to wonder what would happen if I bought windows and had a problem. Not that I would ever pay that much for windows, because I do not believe they will save you enough money on energy bill to justify they very high cost. I certainly would not count on the customer service. more

False advertising . 9/17/2014

Called to get appointment for free estimate for patio door replacement. Said my wife had to be here. Said forget it. There are other reputable window companies. Dont need there b.s. more
