(3) years ago I was charged with what could be life altering crimes. Never being in trouble with the law prior to this, I was confused, and scared to death as what to do, and where to turn facing the possibilities of life imprisoned, but right from the very first meeting, they helped me by making myself and my family know that everything was going to be okay, and that they believed in me and would do everything they could to prove my innocence. During the next three years, there was a lot of highs and lows, but not only was the staff incredible and understanding, but each of my attorneys involved in the case was always there for myself and my family. They provided us with their cell numbers, and no matter when we called always found time to talk with us. This... during these stressful times was always reassuring, and went far beyond in my opinion the normal "client lawyer relationship". The legal process was extremely complex, and often confusing to me adding to my stress, but they where always there to listen, explain, and take me step by step through the legal maze, and always where there to protect myself and my family through not only the process, but the relentless harassments and issues presented by the defendants. They worked endless hours on my defense, and because of their dedication not only to myself , but my family as well, along with their hard work, expertise and knowledge, they where able to expose the injustices, and I was found not guilty on all charges. I and my family will always be indebt to the fine men that represented me. Not only where Mr. Dean Zabriskie and Mr. Stephen Allred great attorneys, but they where great and caring individuals as well! which I will always be thankful for. Trevor took my call and said that it would be likely that we could get a better deal than what we got.Rhome was supposed to take the case but after a month passed it off to Stephen. Stephen had a hard time taking my calls, returning my calls, informing me of what was going on and ohhhh..... i forgot to mention that the court has regulations they can add onto your plea agreement even though it would be "Set in stone as soon as we signed it!" oh and he can handle this from another state so we don't have to go back.......... oh wait sorry now that it's finalized we forgot to mention you got an extra $150 you gotta pay and come back to utah for a test! The person that answered the phone couldn't even take a message. more

While prices are reasonable you get less that what you pay for... They do the bare minimum necessary. And when you call them it takes up to a week to 2 weeks for them to call back. When you leave a message most of the time who ever you left it for either doesn't get it or doesn't care. I understand being busy with other cases but if your too busy to take care of the ones you have then your over booking your time. If you want someone to "fight" for you, go somewhere else. You want someone that will just do the minimum then go to these guys. more
