Ann Johnson, the owner and principal teacher, offers a form of gentle hatha yoga in the Svaroopa Style. It's a very different form of yoga than what I am accustomed to, but if you are open to it, you can do a lot with this type of practice-- especially if you are the sort of person who really needs to completely slow down and gently focus very gradually. There are classes for Basics/Beginners, Continuing students, pregnancy, Gentle/Seniors and a really nice "Extended Bliss" class that is totally relaxing. My only concern is the classes sometimes seem recited. The wording and intonation is almost always exactly the same. Are the lessons copyrighted or what?!
