a Christmastime must 8/19/2005

The Flagship store during the holiday season: the experience is almost like DisneyWorld where it's so crowded you can barely move or see stuff and you get hit by strollers, and you're cursing that you ever wasted your time going there, yet afterwards you have fond memories of it and want to go again. It's not just one big store. Part of it is almost like a museum where you walk through Christmas-y displays. You can also get sales there that you can't get anywhere else. more

Incredible place for all ages to visit! 8/8/2005

The Yankee Candle Flagship Store is where it all began. This place is just awesome. There are candles everywhere, of course, but they also have tons of stuff for the kids to enjoy! There's a toy store, a candle dipping area, a Bavarian forest with Christmas decorations and trains running through it, and Santa's Workshop is on site. You'll also find Santa roaming around! They have an animatron band, snack areas and every Yankee Candle product you can imagine. It's a great way to spend 3 or 4 hours! more
