This i we were not informed how long the visit would take with the recalls...sat there over 3 hours ....that is unacceptable

Not pushy 8/7/2014

I like that the sales associates were not pushy with pressuring a sale. Very nice, did a great job explaining and showing all the cars. They helped me get a greta deal for the car I wanted. Very happy! more

No pressure 8/2/2014

I came in because I received a call saying I was eligible for the exchange program. I felt no pressure at all. Very helpful and friendly staff. You guys were great! I will come back again in the future. more

I had such a great car buying experience at Bakersfield Hyundai. The customer service was excellent! The whole process went very smoothly and I am very happy with my new car!! =) I would definitely buy a car from them again. more
