This i we were not informed how long the visit would take with the recalls...sat there over 3 hours ....that is unacceptable

Marco was amazing! He was very patient. He knew what he was doing and he understood how much I really needed a new car. He stayed very late to get me in a car. It was not just any car but the car for me. All the features I need. Thank You Marco! :) more

Just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe and I could not be happier. Having had a 2001 Santa Fe,I was sure that I would like another one. This Santa Fe is way more than I expected.I feel that I had the best salesman there. I suggest that you ask for Jose Chavez. When he delivered our vehicle he went through every detail that we had. The people that we dealt with, Jose, Jessicia & Roxy deserve 100's. I will recommend Bakrsfield Hyundai to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, new or pre-owned. more

My wife and I were shopping for a mid size SUV at the Bakersfield Auto Mall recently. We visited seven different dealerships and decided to visit Bakersfield Hyundai. From the beginning to the end the overall experience of buying our new Hyundai Santa Fe from Bakersfield Hyundai was terrific. \r \r Samuel Guiltner greeted us as soon as we walked on the lot. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions about our new Santa Fe. He was the only sales person that took the time to explain all the benefits of buying our new Santa Fe.\r Samuel made this the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car.\r Nick Martinez our finance representative was very friendly and professional. He explained all our options for financing our new Santa Fe. We are looking forward to having our Santa Fe serviced at Bakersfield Hyundai.\r more

The staff is very knowledgeable, but when they are stumped by a question, they don't make up an answer, they look it up and get back to you. If there's one thing I can't stand it's being lied to, especially by car dealers. I've come to assume everything a car salesperson says is a lie, but this place is different. Maybe they can even put some trust back into the car buying experience! more

Would defnintely buy here again 4/13/2012

I was really impressed with the service I received here. I have heard mixed reviews from friends, and online, but ultimately, it comes down to an individual experience. They answered all questions and didn't push us into anything. They held up all promises and got me into a new car, something I wasn't expecting so soon. I appreciate all their work and would definitely buy here again. more
