This i we were not informed how long the visit would take with the recalls...sat there over 3 hours ....that is unacceptable

Was dissapointed in the amount of time I sat in my car and nowbody came out to see what I was there for. After about 15 min I went into the service room and found that I came at coffee break time. more

Honest and friendly service 2/26/2014

I don't usually use dealerships for my vehicles but I started using this dealership with my 2011 Sonata and I will continue to use them for my 2013. I never feel like I am being sold on something. I believe they treat me fairly and do what is required and needed. No feeling of being sold something I don't really need or that I can wait on. more
