Disappointing customer service. Been waiting almost 2 months for some yarn I ordered. Was told it would take 2 weeks. I have had to do all the follow-up on the yarn. I was told by Edward that ""it on not on us"" to follow up with customers. Wow, I thought that is what customer service was. Keeping customers happy and informed regarding orders. Not at The Woolie Ewe. They apparently can not be bothered.\r
If you need something ordered I would go elsewhere. There are other yarn shops in the area that would be glad to help you out.\r
This place has not been the same since the owner shake up last year. Thanks for keeping us informed with the awkward emails......
