The Woodworks installed wood flooring throughout our house. We worked closely with Sara prior to the installation. She brought us samples and explained everything to us. She let us choose from the different finishes. She was a great listener and extremely willing. She made it a point to deliver exactly what we wanted. The workers arrived at the time they said they would, and they finished everything when they were supposed to. When they got here, they explained everything that they were going to do. We went on vacation while they worked, so by the time we came back, the flooring was completed. I got to meet all of them before we left, and they were all terrific. I felt completely comfortable leaving them in our home while we were out of town. I knew they were honest and trustworthy and wouldn't give us any worries. We came back, and everything was cleaned up. The quality of their work was outstanding. They used all natural products. The wood they used was local, which we really liked. We have been getting innumerable compliments. We are very happy with the results. Also, everything turned out to be less expensive than we expected. Overall, it was a great experience from beginning to end. The people were a pleasure to work with.
