We had Rob Webb out t on March 7 and 8 to do work at our daughter's home and again on 9 to work at our home. Mr. Webb was well trained and professional. Most of all he went above and beyond to make sure out problems were solved. Thanks for sending reliable people to our home. We would like to request Mr. Webb when we have issues in the future. more

We have a history of pluming issues and will do anything possible to avoid that again. Once we smelled sewage in our bathroom we called The Waterworks right away. They came out the next morning and Mike was extremely helpful in alleviating our worries. He was so nice and explained everything. He gave us different options and told us if we had any other issues to give a call back. We really appreciate the good service! more

After the repairs were made to my gas lines, I wasn't told that my furnace was turned off. I recently called a heating and AC repair tech to come out because my furnace wasn't working only to be told the switch in the furnace was off... a simple fix that cost my the service fee. I spoke to Waterworks and they indicated that it wasn't their fault that my furnace was switched off. Well, if you switched it off, seems to me you should have switched it back on... or at least told me it was still off. Poor customer service! Cost me a service fee and cost you a future customer. more

Awesome!!This was the 2nd time I used them. Today, I had a major drain issue when i woke up this morning. water dripping down from the ceiling in about 5 areas and raw sewage coming into the shower and bath tub. I called and the woman was VERY nice and she got me on the priority list. Ryan and his apprentice, sorry didn't catch his name were AWESOME! Ryan even gave me advice and help on another minor issue!!! He is the Best! more

Sunday, July 3 and we have a sewer back up. One company advised that they "don't do sewers on holiday's" another wanted $279/hour. We called WaterWorks and they were here in just over an hour. CHRIS was awesome; he was polite and resolved the issue in about an hour. Very reasonably priced - especially on a Sunday/holiday weekend. I highly recommend! more

I recently had to contact Waterworks due to a kitchen leak. The response time was fantastic! Andy the technician was here in no time and was a true gentleman. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of his work and overall professionalism. After he brought remedy to the sink situation he asked if we needed anything else and we were so impressed with him we had him look at all the toilets in our house that other plumbers stated were ok when we knew they had problems. A couple hours later all of our plumbing and toilet issues were corrected! This was the first time we used Waterworks. Needless to say they will now be our go-to company for any issue that might arise in the scope of their business. Thank you Andy and the Waterworks Team! more

I called the Waterworks in the late evening because our sewage grinder pump stopped working. The gentleman I spoke with was professional and offered the services that night but I told him it could wait until morning. When I asked about the cost he couldn't give me an hourly rate or the service call fee. The two young men showed up in the morning as promised, were courteous and wore the shoe covers as they entered our home. The repair was completed and tested within an hour. The pricing was reasonable and I would have given five stars if the gentleman that took the call in the evening could have given me the service cost information. more

I had several leaks that needed addressing as well as updates like inside shutoff valves for the outside faucets and a single-turn shutoff valve for the master. Keith did the work efficiently and thoroughly explained my options and cost before starting. I am very pleased with his work and your telephone staff. more

We had someone come out pretty late in the evening to unclog a drain. It was a huge ordeal and we were scheduled to have Christmas at our house the next week. We were so thankful someone was able to come out and instantly fix the problem for us. more

Thanks waterworks for fantastic Service on my tank-less water heater. Daren was very helpful and knew right away that my tank-less heater needed a flush to correct hard water calcium build up. The pressure relief valve had also failed and our house hot water was intermittent. Daren took the time to educate me on the need for periodically maintenance. This could have been a much bigger issue had the build up caused a heat exchanger failure. Talk about beyond the call of duty, Daren also registered by system with manufacture so I now have the warranty covered on heat exchanger for several years to come. I have finally found a great company to take care of my plumbing needs and at a fair price. more

I had Waterworks give me and estimate on mold remediation and was very pleased with the way that they work. All of the employees were at all times very friendly and respectful. And they provided me with several options on how to get the job accomplished. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. more

I had a half bath drain that was completely stopped for months. No chemicals or snakes would do anything so I finally had to call in the pros. The professional drain snake company tried to clear it with their better equipment but my old cast pipes still won the battle. I called Waterworks because I have been seeing one of their truck in the neighborhood and the reviews online were good. The operators and field tech from Waterworks were very flexible and friendly to work around my schedule to not only come out late on a Thursday night for the initial survey of the matter but we agreed to resume on Saturday afternoon to get the work done. He had to cut out a section of old pipe in the basement (which was solidly plugged with decades of sludge build up) and he chose the lesser cost option on how to proceed. Honestly the parts used couldn't have cost much more then $20, after doing some other PVC pipe work myself, so I thought the overall bill was a bit high, but he did spend several hours and 2 trips here for the work and the service was very good. They were also able to help me right away versus the other plumber who would not be able to come out for 2 weeks just to look at the issue. All in all very happy with everything, the drain works great now, no leaks, no backups! Thanks! more

Your representative from Waterworks was very professional and helpful in getting our water leak fixed and our water up and running. He was very informative in the letting us know the problem and the options available to us. However, I was disappointed that part of the new system your company had installed just a few years ago had already failed. In fact, we also has to install a new sump pump since installation a few years ago. Don't know what brand of pump was installed by Waterworks but we have always had satisfaction with a Myers brand and that is what we put in. more
