The Vineyard At Castlewoods Apartment Homes

We lived at the Vineyard Apartments for two years. When we first moved in the staff was great. Maintenance was quick and we had no complaints. Toward the end of our lease there was a management change and things started going downhill a bit. The cable service is terrible. We went 14 days with no internet one month without a clear explanation from Apartment Media Works/Direct Path (their only cable option at the time). From what I understand now, they have switched to only Comcast unless you have a south facing apartment, in which case you can have satellite. \r \r The smaller of the two pools was always a mess. The bathrooms near it were always dirty. The main pool was great though and the beginning and end of summer parties where great. I liked my 2 bedroom apartment, but the one bedrooms are much nice in my opinion. The location was great. more

I have been at the Vineyard for about a 6months and the apartments size or OK I think in some of the apartments they have a lot of wasted space which could go to some much need space such as bedrooms. And another problem we have had is that the Vineyard is very strict on their Cable or satellite so please be sure you are in the right direction for satellite because the cable they offer is really costly and not worth it. The staff is wonderful! but just really not to please with the appearance of the apartment's. more

My husband and I lived here for a few months. The staff are very nice, and the apartments are decent sized. They offer some great rent special. We were able to get a $99 deposit, and over $100 off our rent a month. They are somewhat slow on maintenance, but the repairs are always done. more
