Office workers are incredibly rude. They also have a contract with the highly disreputable Henry's Wrecking Service. They will tow your car for no reason and kick back money to the management company. The maintenance people can park in the grass and are not towed. I promise you Village of Chartleytowne ( Morgan Properties) is not worth the headaches.Run away #!! more

Great Living without Maintainence 6/20/2006

I have been Living here for 3 years now and what I realise is that its a great place to be in for the cost part of it, you save much compared to the other neighbouring apartments but there is also the maintainence which is not at all up to the grades. They don't get back to you and all the time you have to let them know of the problems and nag them for everything that needs to be done. PROS: Cost Effective Apartments CONS: Maintainence is Poor more
