Best vet on the planet! 10/27/2012

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Houston for many years now. She has given the best care to all my babies, and to me as well. I've gone through some tough times with some of them and she & her staff are always there to comfort and help me make the best decisions for my fur-kids. Plus, I've never had another vet get down on the floor with any of my babies to make sure they were comfortable! I just love her and her staff and am so grateful for the level of care, personal touch and professionalism I have found there. more

awesome vet 9/8/2012

Earlier this year my Border Collie came down with a severe case of pancreatitis, the staff at the Village Vet responded to my emergency without hesitation. My dog was so bad I was sure I would have to put him down. Dr. Houston treated him and within hours there was a huge improvement. She saved his life. If it wasn't for her expertise and caring my dog would not be alive today. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who seeks high quality care for their animals. more

LESS THAN EXCELLENT 4/29/2011

In addition, there is a Dr. Houston in the clinic who appears to be short on ethics and integrity. \r \r \r To finish off the negative experience, I was forced to deal with a vet tech, Sabrina, who apparently knows more than God. She certainly thinks she knows more than a person with five times her education and experience. more

Worlds Best Vet and just great people!!!!! 2/10/2011

I have never been so upset as when my Yorkie was ill and never been happier than when I walked into Village vet, I was told at another Vet (right down the road) that my baby would probably need an $800 surgery or she would die. They were rude and it was all about the money. Village Vet saved her life with NO surgery, never pressured me, my baby and I were made to feel comforted and welcome, I felt her relax the minute we walked in the door and we had just left the other Vet, where we were held hostage because I didn't have my checkbook, silly me thought the $180 the day before would cover a follow up. I love these people at village vet they are the kindest people I have ever met, we will be using them for all 3 of our dogs and suggest anyone elsen go see them you too will feel the comfort in the air........... more
