I love it here. Always warm and welcoming staff. Service is usually good; I've had great cuts from "new" associates and not so great from the "masters" but it all depends so you shouldn't really go by their titles. I guess that's the most frustrating thing, I usually go to the same person, but its always a flip of the coin whether or not I like my cut. More consistency would be nice. Most of the time, I like it, though, so that keeps me coming back. Plus, she's a great colorist, gives me perfect color/highlights every time. \r \r Overall, a great salon/spa. I drive in from approx. 35 miles away, and always worth the trip. more

I understand some professional imput, but at the end of the day, I'm the one who decides whats going on with my hair. Anyway, this place is pretentious and snobby. And when I checked out with the receptionist, I asked for a calculator to figure out a tip and she crinkled up her nose and said, "Actually, that's not a very good tip. If you want her to know you were satisfied, you should leave her a little more"!!! WHAT? Since when does a RECEPTIONIST have any business telling me how much money to spend. I'll never go back. They are rude and expensive, and not worth more than a 9.95 hair cut at Cost Cutters. more

great extras, friendly staff, less then impressive hair cut 3/25/2009

My appointment was with a master stylist that was recommended to me from the girl taking my appointment. The style ended up being very unflattering for me, and just bad in general. She also took another inch of the length then then I thought we agreed on. It just wasn't the style I thought we agreed on at all. Which I wouldn't of minded if it actually had looked good. \r She tried to fix it, but it is still less then impressive and very unflattering. I'm angry I spent so much money on this experience, when you couldn't pay me to volunteer for this look. more

Excellent Place 10/6/2008

What an experience, I had an hour long massage that I wished would never ended. I felt great afterwards. Also had my nails done, very friendly staff, very accomodating. Would highly recommend. The price is comparable to other places like this. more

Unimpressed. 4/4/2006

I went here to get my hair done for a wedding that I was in. Because of issues at the hotel we were a little late for the appointment. I take some blame, but I think that even if I got there hours earlier it wouldn't have increased the lady's talent. I didn't think that any of the bridesmaids' hair looked good, and these were pretty girls. It was SO expensive too. $65 + tip. Too much for too little. PROS: Nice looking place. CONS: service and price more
