Very good service 12/24/2010

We do a lot of personal shipping to our kids in college, and the inevitable occasional return from internet shopping. The staff here has always been helpful and courteous. Even during their busier times, once it was my turn I was given the full attention of the staff. Usually in and out very quickly. more

Just say ""NO"" to UPS 9/1/2009

I received terrible customer service from these people. I then called UPS and they were just as unhelpful. I'm out $64 and I will never do business with UPS again. Please join me in boycotting these money grubbing corporate mongers. more
