I had to go to this store 3 times before anyone would help me. I had previously dropped off a package only to find out later I did not need to return the package in order to exchange the product. Since the UPS shipping charges were over $40, I returned to the store the next day at their opening time, 8 AM to void the return, get a refund, and pick up my package. I waited until 8:25 for the clerk to arrive and open the store, only to find out that he was not authorized to issue a refund. He pulled my package and asked me to return at the end of the day when the manager would be there. I left work early to return the second time as asked, only to find the manager had left early. Apparently her daily shift revolves around dropping off and picking up her daughter from school. Obviously I was not happy. Anyway, I told the clerk I was asked to return specifically at this time and asked him if someone else could help .No one else was authorized to handle a credit card refund. I asked the clerk why no one called to let me know not to bother coming that afternoon and he had no answer, just got offended and said it wasn't his fault. The clerk got very ugly and when I asked him to call the manager he threatened to call 911 on me, as if the rotten customer service was not only my fault but a life threatening offense as well. I guess it shows the limited mentality of the UPS clerks at this branch and why the manager doesn't trust them to process refunds. In the end he contacted the manager who refused to return to the store or authorize someone else to handle the refund. Once again I left without my package or my refund. I returned for a third time the next morning at 8 AM. The manager (owner?) was not on time to open her store. She finally arrived in a t shirt and shorts, believe it or not. I guess that shouldn't surprise me based on the lack of professionalism I had seen from her employees. She handled the return with a bunch of excuses including stating that the clerk should never have pulled/voided the package in the first place, that to do that was a Federal offense the same as reaching into a mailbox to retrieve mail. I don't know if that's true or not, but if it is....she committed the same offense by returning my own package to me. I would give negative 5 stars if I had the option.
