The summary is that they screwed up our wedding order at the 11th hour. 3 days before our wedding, we went in like they asked us to although they said they would call which they never did. Now where to being with the problems. They "lost" our order and it happened to be taken with a employee which was fired so they "couldn't find" the pricing they gave us and tried to hike it up from what they originally promised, they lost some of the groomsmans deposits, they gave the father of the bride a ripped jacket, they gave us shoes that look like they were ran thru the mud, they gave the groom the wrong tie, they gave the groomsmans different style jackets, they tried to charge us for a set that was supposed to be free, gosh, I can't even keep track of what else went wrong. Needless to say, stay far far away. more

This is an update from my previous. After the initial measurements, I thought they were handling ok. But by the time we were told to wait for their call for final fitting 3 days before the wedding. 1. They didn't call. 2. Gone in and orders were all messed up. Vest clip was broken. Jacket length was messed up. Price for the rental across the whole wedding party were all different. Some got socks and some didn't. Groom got bow tie instead of tie. 3. When mentioned they were willing to change, but it was like, oh can you come in tomorrow again? 4. On the day of, I get a call telling me that there is a jacket waiting for me. Huh? I already picked up my jacket. Yeah, it was just overall very bad final experience. more

I went in for a measurement for my friend's wedding tux. The lady was friendly and she took little time in getting the measurements and also was very knowledgeable. She explained different options and also gave suggestions about how to wear the tux properly as well as the different options and feel between different material or style. They have lot of selections and spares, so she let me tried one on and actually saw what needs to be changed etc or what will it feel like one size smaller/larger to make sure it's not pure just measuring numbers and try to fit a mold. I was pretty pleased with the service I received. more
